The Surgery Renovation and Expansion project was part of an overall $55M GMP. It consisted of the demolition of an existing 3rd floor clinical space and 15,757SF fit-out of a new state-of-the-art Surgery Center. It included (5) new operating rooms with the latest in technology integration capabilities and shared sub-sterile and scrub rooms. Additional support space included a 5 bay Pre-OP, 10 bay PACU, new locker area and additional clinical support space.
