The Overlook Lobby Expansion in Summit, New Jersey is a two-story addition with an attached canopy and drop-off area. The expansion includes a new 50-seat upscale dining facility, gift shop with in-house florist, valet parking service and newly renovated Library.

Outside the new Lobby features a landscaped Healing Garden seating area and outdoor patio eating area off of the new dining facility. The Cancer Center Addition includes a 9,600 SF two-story addition with its own two-story Lobby and Reception Area.
