The Administration Building project consisted of several building additions such as a Meeting/Multi Purpose Room, Kitchen Addition and a new Stair Tower.

Renovation work included complete new infrastructure such as electric, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems. A Kitchen/Dining Area renovation and upgraded finishes throughout the building were also included. The existing 30-Room Dormitory Wing was completely renovated as well, which provided upgraded amenities for the blind students who stay by the facility while being paired with guide dogs. SItework improvements included expanded storm drainage, new landscaping, and new pavement of roads and parking areas.
