The project consisted of a 5,000 sf renovation that resulted in 12 new observation rooms for ‘23-hour’ bed stay only and are not intended to be inpatient beds. Two of the observation rooms are certified Isolation Rooms.

The support spaces included in the project are two ADA toilet rooms with shower, two nurse charting stations, a soiled utility room, med prep room, Nurse Station, clean supply room, staff locker room/lounge and a family waiting/consult room.
