A new 2,000 amp electrical service and associated 1,500 kw emergency generator were added to serve the new floors, along with 4 new 26,000 cfm Mammoth Ultraline packaged DX rooftop units.

Interior fitup of the core and shell space consisted of a new 26,000 sf start-of-the-art Women’s Breast Center with several mammo rooms, ultrasound rooms, stereo biopsy, bone density, exam rooms and support space. The new floors also included a new 26,000 sf medical Oncology Suite, Center for Integrative Medicine, Administrative Offices, Conference Suite and an additional 25,000 sf medical office space.

Campus wide site work upgrades included improved traffic flow, additional parking and revised landscaping to create a new boulevard from the main entrance to the parking facilities.
