The Franklin 4 Renovation is a 12,600 sf renovation and construction of 24 new
single patient rooms on the 4th Floor of the Franklin Building which includes 6
Isolation Rooms.

Demolition of all the existing partitions allowed for complete reconstruction of the floor in order to convert the existing semi-private rooms into single occupancy, state-of-the-art patient rooms.

The latest patient care amenities include: patient lifts, Wi-Fi access throughout,
hotel-like room décor, granite counters, stone backsplashes and custom wood
decor.
