Provide Project Management services to oversee the tenant fit-out for (5) Raritan Bay Medical Center suites within a new 4-story Medical Office Building located on the Old Bridge, NJ Campus.
The 1st Floor Suite includes Inpatient/Outpatient Radiology, Women’s Health
Center and Pre-Admission Testing. The 2nd Floor Suite includes Inpatient Surgery, Same Day Surgery. Surgical Recovery, Sterile Processing and related support spaces. The 3rd Floor Suite includes an Ambulatory Surgery Center and Timeshare Physician Office space. The 4th Floor Suite includes Diabetes Center Physician Office space with a demonstration kitchen.
