This 12,000 sf renovation of the First Floor of the South Building included 22 new private Patient Rooms, 4 Isolation Rooms, a Family Waiting Area, 2 Nurse Charting Stations along with a Staff Lounge and Support Spaces.

A new custom rooftop AHU serves this new space.
